Reflection Paper

My reaction to our class last Saturday was pure amazement. I was amazed
by the fact that our Philippine Flag holds so much meaning, aside from the fact
that it is sacred it also has a law. I was also shocked to know that there is so much
to know about volunteerism.

As I keep listening to the whole discussion, I realized that the NSTP subject
has so much to offer in terms of giving knowledge about the people serving its
country. It doesn't only talk about the people being able to serve their country,
but it talks and tackles every corner that is part of our nation. For example our
preamble, the preamble has a vast meaning that explains the love for our country.
Next is our flag which also helps me realize the might and wonder of our country,
our flag is proof of our country's history. Furthermore, it also helped me realize
that volunteerism isn't all about the act of kindness, thus it refers to the act
involving a wide range of activities, including a traditional form of mutual aid and
developmental interventions.

By Analyzing all of my thoughts from my reaction and my realization, I

finally had come to a resolution in which I would do my best to practice the pieces
of knowledge that I learned from the class discussion. I will promote humanity
and my love for the country by starting from myself.
