To use Yamaha Magic stomp software with Windows 10 64 bit follow these

instructions.

Download Yamaha USB driver for Windows 10 64 bit,

or from Yamaha file UM3141x64 this is the Microsoft Windows 10 (64bit) midi driver.

Extract the zip file to you PC.

Take the CD from Yamaha Magicstomp and run install for Sound Editor / Librarian as Administrator.

Connect your Magicstomp to the USB of computer power it up.

Go to the unzipped Yamaha Midi file you downloaded and run install (again as administrator).

This will now install the Windows 10 64 bit Yamaha UB9 midi driver.

Now to Yamaha Editor Installation.

Run the setup for Sound Editor as administrator. This may take a while as the old 2003 Yamaha software
works it's way into the Windows 10 structures.

If it says it has installed OK then proceed to run it.

Run Yamaha Editor "as administrator" using right mouse click, direct running does not work.

Set up the floating midi box to Yamaha USB1 or 2 on both drop-down selectors.

Do the same for setup midi on sound editor.

You should see the two arrows on the Magicstomp screen showing it is connected via USB now.
