District Conduct of Project GRTTPG Culminating Activity

1. In accordance with the District Memorandum #22 s.2021 on the conduct of EAST-WEST
SEED CO., INC. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT last
October 19 and 27, 2021 through online platform (Via Google Meet).

2. The field is hereby informed the conduct of the Project GRTTPG Culminating Activity
with our Resource Speaker from Maglambing IS Surigao Del Sur Division, Ma. Liza T. Bandola
PhD. instead of November 19 it will be moved on November 24, 2021 through the online Google
Meet with this link https://meet.google.com/xwj-shix-dbs at 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

3. Same Participants stated in District Memo #22 s. 2021. to attend this culminating activity.

5. In preparation for the culminating activity a final coordination meeting will be conducted
on November 19, 2021 @ 1:00- 5:00 p.m. to be participated by the following:
