This is further to the interviews with your students for Industrial Exposure Training (for the Summer
Batch) at the Taj Hotels in Bangalore. The hotels that the students have been selected for have been
mentioned in the table below.

The industrial Exposure Training will commence i.e.: 02 August to 15 December 2021

On Day 1 (02 August) there will be a virtual Orientation session on MS Teams. Please inform students to
download MS Teams on whichever device they are going to use. We will be sending the link to your College
– Ms. Srijani closer to date. The virtual session can be attended by students from their PGs.

The students selected for each of the hotels will report to the SPOC mentioned below on DAY 2 of training
with copies of all documents. They will report to the respective hotels on Day 2

Please also note the following:

 All students will be eligible for a monthly stipend of Rs. 1250/-


 All students will be entitled to meals at the staff cafeteria while on duty only.
 All students are required to make their own arrangements for accommodation & will have to
have THREE sets of Black & whites.

Requirement will be as follows for F & B Service/ Housekeeping / Food Production /Front

GIRLS & BOYS


 3 sets of Black Trousers (not jeans) with a matching jacket/coat that fits
 3 sets of Crisp White long sleeved shirt
 Black laced shoes: Oxfords with 6 pairs of Black Cotton Socks (Boys)
 Black closed shoes: one & a half inch heels (Girls)
 All students to wear a black tie with no logo

In the case of Food Production please carry your own White Chef Coats & Kitchen clogs, including
black trousers.

A few points that they have to keep in mind:


 You have to be well groomed & disciplined. There is no compromise on that.
o At any point if the Company finds you are not following the protocol as defined by the
Company, we will terminate the training.
 Hair – to be trimmed & neat not touching the collar (for men) with sideburns only till the middle
of the ear. Please note hairstyle should be conservative.
 No moustache, goatee or beard will be allowed.
 Hair to be tied back neatly into a bun with a thin black net to secure it for girls
 No bracelets or religious threads of any kind.
 Nails to be neat & trimmed.
 Pale pink nail polish for girls. Excessively long nails not allowed.
 Medium sized small white pearl ear studs for girls. No extra piercings will be allowed.

As a rule all documents mentioned below have to be submitted in hard copy on Day 2 . If any document
is missing student will NOT be allowed inside.
 Police Verification certificate from home state. If a Passport is available please take a copy of the
first & last page as well as the page with the signature & seal of the SP.
 Aadhar card that has home address proof(back & front zerox copy)
 Submit a copy of a Complete Medical Report stating that the student is medically & physically fit to
work with no communicable diseases.
 Student should also get a copy of the latest COVID Negative report done in Bangalore & will have
to submit that too.
Only RT PCR report generated in Bangalore will be accepted, so they have to ensure it is only that &
none other. It has to be signed by the Doctor along with his seal. Else it will NOT be accepted.
 Bring a copy of your vaccinated Certificate as it is mandatory
 Bring along 2 Passport size photographs
 NOC from your College

Please note that the facility for training provided to the students of your Institute is solely done at your
request, risk and consequence.

The company will not be liable for compensation, damages etc. whatsoever in case any trainee meets
with an accident or tests positive for COVID while undergoing his/her training in the Company. We will
abide by all government rules and regulations in the event of any developments with regards to the
Pandemic. Our focus will be the welfare & safety of the student. In such an event we will discontinue
the training immediately keeping the best interests of the student’s safety in mind.

We will closely monitor the performance of your students while on training. We trust they will take their
training very seriously.

In case of outstation students I suggest the students come to Bangalore 07 days (seven days) prior to
their joining training to arrange for their own accommodation closest to the hotel of training & self-
quarantine themselves for a minimum of three days. The day they join, they will be expected to submit
all above mentioned documents & start training immediately.
