1. Even though for me it does not work yet, the limit of the tip for Lush is too small (150 credits).
There are members that want to tip more than 150, and this limit is influencing our income.
2. At Premium Content 30% is too small, whilst I pay a lot for a photo shooting and also lose time
doing it. Certainly, a lot of models will not be motivated to do more professional photo
shootings.
3. The percentage for each category is not ok. My motivation for stories, messages, VIP is lost.
4. The 14 days period instead of 15-16 days like before, obviously made it difficult to reach
100h/per. Being unable to have fix target like before, makes me disorganized and again,
unmotivated.
5. The BAN system to really work.
6. The possibility to view how many credits the member has, when he enters in mu private room.
7. Not charging the member for messages they receive from the models, because this way they
don’t read them. They receive too many messages that they have to pay to read, so they prefer
not to.

First of all, I would like to say that I am happy collaborating with LJ for almost 6 years.

In the past years I was working with a studio that used many sites.
Now I am happy that I can be an exclusive model on LJ because I feel better here than in any other place.

One thing that hurts is that during the time I worked with other studio I had made plenty content, both
photo and video, which is also my time and work involved for that content.
Would be very thankful if I could use the content now on my profile.
We should both, the model and studio have the same rights of use on that content.

There would be one more thing. Since the period schedule changed it’s quite hard to realize when the
new periods will be, before it was very easy to know that any period starts on 1 st and 16th on a month.
That is also helpful when planning in advance holidays. For example, if I want to book now tickets for a
holiday in spring of 2022, it’s hard to calculate when would a period start and end. Can you please give
me the short name Kendra?

- The percentages for videocall especially because it doesn’t make me answer when I am on 60%
on live, to have the call on 30%, counting it’s my free time and I want to get the best out of it.
Plus, due to the percentage I am forced to raise the price considerably which leads to less
videocalls as a consequence.
- Due to multiple bad intended members, I’d prefer the ban to be of 24hrs and for the member to
not have access in the room in that time.
- The percentage for premium content (videos + photos) which the studio/model pays for, seems
to be not profitable when members pay the price, and you get 30% to start with. Plus, at least in
my case, members don’t often pay to get the albums specially when I post a lot of stories.
- In VIP show, the surprises would have been better to be counted as the income level of live
because that will always be higher, and it will motivate models to make more vip shows and stay
longer online to pass the percentage brackets.
- The connection with the Lush is not stable. I have to connect nora instead so I can have a toy
connected, otherwise Lush disconnects even if I manage to connect it. (Rare cases)

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for working at LJ. Overall, it has been a high standing
experience and I have enjoyed my time here. This being said, I do have some concern. There are several
items I would like to see corrected. First of all, there is very often a problem with private sessions.
During a private session, the session will close arbitrarily and there is no way to stop it. It is unclear how
these sessions close spontaneously but it happens quite frequently. This is very upsetting to the member
who has paid for a private session and then suddenly gets hit terminated. I’ve discussed this problem
with many of my supervisors and they have not been able to fix or clarify this issue.

Also I would like to make you aware that very often if the private sessions closes spontaneously there is
no notification given to the model. Very often I am distracted during a private session and the session
will spontaneously close. I have no notification or warning that the session has closed. I have remained
in private alone without a member for several minutes before I realized that the session had closed. He
would be very helpful if there was an alarm or a sound that would alert the model to the fact that the
private session has closed spontaneously. This would allow the model to regain the member or return to
her room. I believe that many of the models would find this very helpful and would welcome this
feature.

I feel that my overall experience that LJ has been outstanding. I find the people that I work with very
caring and understanding and the work environment has been exemplary. I would like to express my
deepest gratitude for allowing me to work here and I hope to continue my employment at least for the
