Reg: Current status of Perkin Elmer Hormone Analyzer

Madam,
The Machine, Perkin Helmer( Model no: Victor 2-d , s/no: 4203608)
Newborn Hormone Analyzer which is installed in our lab had issue QC failed
after installation. The company engineer who supplied the machine, failed to
correct the machine to pass QC. So, the machine is not use for last 5 years and
the current condition of the machine is very bad and unrepairable condition. The
tubing’s and pneumatic circuits are damaged due to unused condition for prolong
time.
