Question 1: In project management, what does the term “stakeholder” mean?

This identifies the individuals who have been a part of the project from its inception through
its execution, service, oversight, and evaluation of results. Having complete control over the
entire photo is essential.

Question 2: In project management, what is meant by the term ‘scope’ or ‘project scope’?

There is a clear definition of the project's scope in it. Defining priorities, deliverables, tasks,
costs, and deadlines is the primary function of the scope statement. The project's scope is
defined by its various aspects, which in turn define the project's overall scope.

Question 3: In project management, what does the term ‘work breakdown structure’
mean?

Understanding the various activities and sub-activities required to achieve each goal is the
best way to explain the strategy's strategy and interpret it. In the process of creating the
breakdown structure, it's easy to grasp the project's scope and get a complete picture of it.
