@FJQ .. first change '-all' to '~all' in your SPF. The "-all" is triggering an always fail per MXtoolbox.

@Michael:
1) change your SPF record to end in ~all, not ?all and let the change propagate
2) make sure there are no other domains using the IP address with SPF issues

Kindly help me to resolve this issue. When I email from my company email account, email return with the following error
message.

I receive frequent requests for assistance in helping get off Google's spam rejection / blacklist. Here is an updated set of steps to
follow. Please DM me if you have trouble with the process. I cannot help you unless you've gone through at least steps 1 through
3.
1) Make sure your domain is really clean and that you are NOT using tiny URLs in your emails (body or footer). Also, make sure
you are following ALL of Google's Bulk Senders Guidelines.
2) Make sure your SPF records are clean and correct (make sure you include ANY source of email); If you make SPF corrections,
you need to wait 24-48 hours for them to propagate before continuing on. Please note that your SPF should end in "~all", not "-
all" or other options. The "~all" suffix appears to make a difference.
3) THEN submit this form to Google. Google does not say how long any action will take. You can try to continue the process
after about 24 hours, but you may need to wait 48-72 hours or longer.
4) Test emails to @gmail.com addresses and to addresses running Google Apps for Business/Education
-- have the recipient mark the message as "Not Spam" if it ends up in the Spam folder
Setup a "Send mail as" connection to the email address from which you cannot send to gmail addresses (source address)
The source address will receive a confirmation/verification message ...click the link to approve and complete the process
You can now log into your @gmail.com address and send as if you are sending from the source address
7) From you @gmail.com address, send as the source address and send a message to the @gmail.com address
Make sure the message has a subject line and some text in the body
When it arrives back at your @gmail.com account, it will likely end up in:spam.
Find the message and mark it as "Not Spam", this action tells gmail that the sender is not spamming -- and is valid

Hi,
"Make sure that Gmail users are not marking your mail as 'Spam,' and verify that your affiliates, if you have any, are also
following our guidelines.
If you and your affiliates are compliant, then delivery from your domain will improve over time. Please note that we are unable to
whitelist specific domains at this time."
How long is "over time"? And how do I know if I've addressed the particular issue they are looking at?
I have clients that use gmail as their mail host and they don't understand that I can't reply to their emails.

@Taskin3973,
I cannot get anybody removed from Google's blacklist. You need to make sure you are not spamming and that things are
configured properly. Please follow the steps in my prior post, as you can help yourself.

@Gary,
If a gmail.com user accidentally flags your email as spam, they will no longer receive your emails. Best to have them add your
email address to their contacts.
The "over time" is weeks, not days. And, everything needs to be in order.
If you haven't done so, the steps in my prior post have helped many out of the situation.

Allen,
gmail seems to be a real pain. And my clients blame me for being a bad lemon.

To varify mail flow I used this tool after correcting SPF http://mxtoolbox.com.
Also used mail flow analyser test in exchange where exactly is the problem.
