Self-Reflect
I like OBE because it improves learners' and teachers' focus, the learning process becomes more
productive and focused. The constructive alignment of learning strategies and evaluation to outcome
allows the learner to be aware of his progress at all levels of learning; this knowledge will serve as an
effective reinforcement for active learning.
The OBE structure provides ample room for self- and peer evaluation, allowing pupils to develop a
positive self-image based on their accomplishments. OBE's design down method aids in reducing wasted
learning efforts.
In the future when I become a teacher. I should be a tech aware individual. Technology is rapidly
changing, which means that a 21st-century teacher is right in the middle of it. Using the most up-to-date
technology, whether for teaching or grading, will assist both myself and my student to learn more
effectively and quickly. I'll consider my pupils' futures and the job prospects that may develop as a result.
I will make every effort to ensure that no child is left behind, so that they can focus on preparing today's
children for the future.
