 Installation: Pilling in the wrong quantity
of compressor oil can damage the refrigerant
compressor.
 Installation: Evacuate and fill air
conditioning system and add new compressor
oil to refrigerant circuit, using noted quantity of
compressor oil. Check air conditioning system
for leakage.

4 Unscrew mounting bolts for the strut (4), press Installation: Do not pinch engine hood
top of air ducting (9) downwards, and remove cable between strut (4) and radiator
strut (4) crossmember (3), otherwise the engine hood

5 Remove expansion clips (2) on left and right
side and remove top of air ducting (9) with the
intake fittings (8)
6 Unclip holders (6) for oil line (5) from latching  Carefully unclip bracket (6) to prevent
hooks at left and right sides of radiator catch hooks from breaking.
7 Put down oil line (5) with oil cooler to front
8 Unclip bracket (7) of condenser (1) from catch  Carefully unclip bracket (7) to prevent
hooks on left and right side of radiator and tilt catch hooks from breaking.

10 Remove expanding clips (14) from lower air

11 Unclip latching hooks (11) on left and right  Pay attention to installation position of
