Adaptive Lesson Plan

for Grade 10-Physical Education

Prepared by:PLOP:

The student of Grade 10- Section A class are composed of 18 girls and 12 boys total of 30
students. Most of them are gifted and talented in dancing and performing. They excel both in
academics and extracurricular activities. They are multi-talented students with both high level
of intelligence and active participants. However, there are some students who needs to
improve their confidence and physical skills.

Learning Competency:

Engages in moderate to vigorous physical activities for at least 60 minutes a day in and out of
school (PE10PF-IIc-h-45)

I. Objectives:

At the end of 50 min(s) period the pupils are expected to:

a. Identify the basic movements of cheer dance,


b. Appreciate the value of dancing in improving and maintaining health and fitness;
and
c. Demonstrate arm motion and pose position.

II. Subject Matter

Topic: Cheer Dancing


Materials: Visual Aids: Laptop, PPT / Instructional Materials: Camera, printer with
paper and ink, printed pictures, printed text, cardboard, glues, double sided tape,
colored papers, and scissor.

Instructional Materials
Technical Description:
It is important to provide images in teaching. By the use of flip book as an instructional
materials, the students would be able to see and visualize each arm motion and pose position.
Through this, the students can easily copy and follow from what they see at the image.

Materials Needed:

 Printer with paper and ink
 Printed pictures
 Printed text
 Cardboard
 Glue and double sided tape,
 Construction papers
 Scissor
How to Make:
Step 1- Take a picture of the arm motion and pose position
Step 2- Print all the taken pictures and the text
Step 3- Prepare all the materials needed, then begin to cut pictures and text using the
scissor.
Step 4- Paste all the printed materials to the construction paper wrapped with recycled
box or card board.
Step 4- Form and arrange it as flip book.
