2. Risks identified?

- The risk of keeping members: ineffective management.

- Technical risks: the project cannot be archived due to a problem, or an external


factor such as a power outage.

- Project management risks: not focusing on the focus, communication between


members has problems.

- The team did not understand each other leading to misunderstandings and
could not complete the project on time.

3. Problems encountered
Problems:

 Scope creep: Initially, due to lack of experience, there were many problems that
occurred and were handled inappropriately.

 Conflict between members because of disagreement.

 Lack of clarify: Team members misunderstand the assigned task.

 The pressure due to the work is not smooth leading to having to redo it.

Solutions:

 Solve it together based on the teacher's comments.

 Share each idea together so that the group members understand each other better.

- Offer reasonable suggestions or interesting ideas to improve performance.

5. What have you learned about yourself through your work?


- The most important thing is to know how to plan and manage time.

- Improve problem solving thinking.

- Help yourself to have experience in presentations, the ability to listen


and convince the audience.

- In the future, if I have a project, I will make a detailed plan about the
project goals, budget and most reasonable time to be able to satisfy both
parties.

- Listen to teachers' comments and learn from other projects to gain


experience in the future.

- Find a way to manage your own time and work properly.

- Find out the problem of conflict between members and find the most
reasonable way to end the conflict.

- Take advantage of improving personal skills through projects to


improve yourself.
