Product

A Sports Academy for better life in current unhealthy environment for every age group 7
to 70 year. The sports, which give healthy daily routine, better concentration and strength
to body to excel in other field of life. Sports academy initially operates on 3 sports
namely Horse riding, Air rifle and air pistol shooting and cricket academy. Basketball,
table tennis and lawn tennis will be next step in progress.

Customers

The target customer is youngster and adults who think the basic of every thing is body
strength and healthy mind. Whoever stuck in the city hectic life and wants to improve
their personality in most trusted and classical way as our ancestor use to.

Future of the business

Although sports academy is not a new concept however the competition is also there
however it depends on area and number of academy currently running. Early birds
benefits can play a major role if the area selected is not explored. Other is number of
person living in the radius. So if we hit the right spot and get the numbers then there is no
problem to run or for expansion of business.

Sports are the latest trend in the market or we can say fitness. As in current time the
Covid -19 issue is a big obstacle to tackle with all lockdown and cases increasing till
date. The earlier sports academy use to operate usually from schools or the stadiums
which all is still close due to Covid-19. So if the scenario continues first year will be
tough to run business and make money.

However the sports, which we target, are individuals and it is very few players to provide
all in one location. By creating awareness and right marketing it go through even in tough
time as this.

The group that we are going to target is the youngster from age 7 years above and the
adults of age group 25 to 40years. The area which I have shortlisted is of serviced class
with both parent working mostly and educated with a income range Rs.50,000/- to
Rs.4,00,000/- monthly. To give child a quality life every parent wants to give some thing
extra which help in further development of child personality.

Regulations
Our sports are in green belt or cultivation land so we aren’t building any solid structure
and taken permission from the local authority for it. Shooting range of air pistol and air
rifle up to 10 meters require a valid shooting I’d of the coach or instructor, which I
myself is holding.

Sports academy needs the best trainers and equipment for the students or players.
For horse riding staff we will hire from race course, shooting trainer with national ranked
and cricket by coach played any big competition and guest coach from Indian Cricket
Team A.

 Horses will be bought trained from professionals.

Shooting range fees : 5000/month/hr
Horse riding fees : 5000/month/hr.

As now days condition is changing everyday so we will be upgrading our self with the
latest methods and tools available and keep on adding ne sports which our lined up after
3rd quarter of the business. Will be open for any suggestion and feedback. Work more
rigorously to develop the individual development through sports.
