Greetings of optimism!

We, the appointed COMELEC Officials of Bohol Island State University Main Campus would like to inform your good office
that there will be an upcoming Online SSG Election this November 25-27, 2020. This is in search for aspiring student-
leaders that will serve as silver linings to the studentry this academic year 2020-2021.

In connection with this, the COMELEC would like to ask permission from your good office for these following reasons:

1. Permission to hold a meeting on November 12, 2020 at 1:00 pm in Bohol Island State University Main Campus with
the COMELEC Commission Heads, COMELEC Secretaries, Presidential candidates, SSG President, SSG Adviser,
SAO Directress, and videographer.
2. Permission to access names and Gmail accounts of students to monitor the votation.
3. Permission to shoot a video for the Presidential Debates on November 16, 2020 in Bohol Island State University
Main Campus.
4. Permission to allow the COMELEC officials to be in BISU MC during the first and last day of election to monitor the
results.

Also, in observance of the spread of COVID-19, rest assured that we will strictly follow the safety health protocols
implemented by the institution.
