Qualification: CA Inter (Dropout Not Pursuing) + B.COM who have 2-3 INDUSTRY
Experience can apply.
Candidates from E-Commerce Industry preferred but not Mandatory.
Salary: 6.5 to 7.5 Lakhs

Location: Delhi
 Monthly/Yearly Closing of Books of accounts ECommerce
a. Monthly closure of books of accounts for Ecommerce including preparing data for all the entries
relating to receipts, merchant settlement etc
b. Checking and closing vendor and Payment Gateway balances
c. Weekly/ Monthly/Yearly MIS, Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reporting, P&L, and analysis in different
formats and sharing the same with ECommerce Team leads and founders.
d. Preparing necessary data for the preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-8, and TDS U/S 194O for e-commerce
transactions monthly.
e. Resolving Queries raised by Nodal Account Auditors and Statutory Auditors

 Commerce Payout
a. Calculating and finalizing the merchant payout amount and Updating the UTR No's at merchant
backend through CSV weekly.
b. Providing support to Commerce Operations, Merchandising and merchant onboarding teams for
their queries and handling queries related to payout.
c. Posting Invoices in tally and sending commission invoices to the merchants.
d. Streamlining the processes related to invoicing and payouts
e. Processing COD and Prepaid refunds and marking the orders as refunded at backend.
f. Checking the issues faced in various reports and getting the same corrected in the report
g. Identifying bugs and reporting the same to tech team and getting the same rectified.
h. Helping Tech Team to Move to Ledger system of accounting for Ecommerce Payouts.
i. Helping tech team in integration with new payment gateways and systems.
Supporting various teams in new business opportunities.

Handling Payment Gateway & Logistic partners transactions

a. Reconciling the payments received from gateways and dropship partners with our internal reports
and banks.
b. Verifying the fees charged by the PG and Delivery partners are in terms of with the agreement.
c. Verifying the freight charges charged by the dropship partners and raising the issues to concerned
teams.

  Events
a. Handling advance/other vendor payment requests for events and ensuring payment for the same.
b. Tracking budgeted vs actual expenditure for Events and reporting the same.
c. Ensuring proper accounting of each transaction for Events
d. Collection and Vendor listing Fee receipt tracking
e. Mapping P&L Master with WMR for calculating overall margins
f. Helping BS and Sales Team with Legal matters regarding influencer agreements

 Legal Assistance
Handling the legal requirements with respect to with payment gateways, delivery partners, various
clients, influencers, commerce merchant, Mastershop and external platform agreements.
