* Performance Linked Reward
This is an indicative amount which will be payable based on the Company’s Performance &
your Individual Performance Rating (2016 - 17) as per the Rewards Policy released by the
Company. Performance Linked Reward (PLR) will be due & payable to employees who are on
the rolls of the Company as on 1st July of the following year.
Employees who have resigned are not eligible for Performance Linked Reward. This condition
doesn’t apply to resigned employees who have completed a minimum of 3 years of service
and are on rolls as on st April of the following year.
This amount is inclusive of bonus payable, if any, under the Payment of Bonus Act (1965),
including any amendments thereto.
‘Medical Insurance
‘The Group Mediclaim Policy of Company covers Employee, Spouse & upto 2 dependent
children (below 25 years of age) for Maximum amount of Rs.1,00,000/ p. a.
Notes:
+ Only Basic Salary shall attract retiral benefits.
+The eligibility tor payment ot Gratuity 1s a minimum ot 5 years ot service in the
Company.
+ Tax Liability, if any, on the above payments will be borne by the employee.
+ Any or all of the above allowances may be altered / withdrawn at the sole discretion
lf the management and the payment of allowance will be governed by the rules and
regulations of the company as may be applicable from time to time,
