Workshop and store buildings are

industrial buildings as per the
contract. However, you have
followed the code of practice

reference is SLS 745: 2004. It is for
domestic and shop & office except
industrial buildings. Please clarify
it.
Workshop building Waste water is
with grease and oil. Hence it should
be removed before connecting to
the system. Therefore, to remove
the grease and oil it should be
2. provided with grease and oil trap
as per the contract document.
Plumbing arrangement should be
updated as per the changes done in
the rest room and workshop
building.
Although workshop and store buildings are
industrial building, there is no industrial
usage water is connected to this plumbing
system. Bathrooms’ waste water is only
connected to this plumbing system. So code
of practice SLS 745:2004 values can be used
for the calculation.
Oil and grease trap is used in only oil &
grease wastage line.
Here only bathrooms’ waste water is
connected to this plumbing system. If you
connected oil and grease trap to this
bathroom waste water line, there will be
regular blockage and regular maintenance
have to be done. So oil and grease trap is not
technically feasible for this system.
