Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, we submit herewith the test reports of Soil of Borrow
Area for the construction of Embankment and Subgrade for above cited Project Highway at following
locations:
Borrow Area no. : 20
Location : 50+950 RHS
Lead : 3.00 km
Land Area : 4679 Sq. meter
Cutting Depth : 0.91 meter
Net Qty. : 3811 cum
The sampling and testing of materials has been conducted at Base Camp Laboratory in presence of your
representative. The test results are found satisfactory as per relevant Standard Specification.
You are requested to review the test results and accord your approval as a source of Earth Work for the
above mentioned Project.
