Ques: Why Xoriant?

ANS: We all have an expectation to get placed with a company which

holds the good name, fame and long years of experience which I get in
Xoriant, in terms of opportunity and exposure Xoriant have a variety of
fields and attractive work on new technologies like IoT and dealing with all
kinds of giant, medium and small scale clients can give us good exposure
of varies technology they use and new technology upcoming in demands.

Ques: Question for xoriant?

1)As a fresher do we get exposure to big data analytics, IoT, and cloud?
2)if we get selected then what will be the expected joining month?
3)being fresher and one year experience can we get the opportunity to
work on other continents in the world

Ques1:- Tell me about yourself?

Ans: First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.
Myself Jyoti Nayal. I have done my schooling from KV NDA Pune.i have
completed my graduation from Ness Wadia College of Commerce. Currently
pursuing MCA from Sinhgad Institute of Management. Talking about my family,
my family consists of six members. My father is an ex-army and my mother is a
homemaker. My hobbies are; reading books, I love traveling, currently, I am
actively working on gaining more professional knowledge in my field of work to
make sure that I stay up-to-date. My Positive points are I’m an ambivert, I’m
Adaptable to a new environment and self-learner. I have also done courses like
software development course and Data science course from udemy that helped
me in doing projects, gaining technical knowledge, and make me aware of
upcoming IT technology. Apart from this, I also took part in organizing various
college events that helped me to grow my interpersonal skills. Although I am a
fresher, I have no experience but I have completed projects of my curriculum and
some projects by myself to improve my technical knowledge.

First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. My NAME
IS Jyoti Nayal. I have done my schooling from KV NDA Pune.i have completed

from Sinhgad Institute of Management. Apart from my formal education i have
done 2 courses.1 is java development course from itsource technology and other
one is data science course from udemy. Talking about my family, my family

homemaker. My hobbies are; I love traveling, cooking ,doing craft related work
and playing outdoor games like basketball throwball and cricket and I like to take
part in organizing various college events that helped me to grow my
interpersonal skills.

Ques2:- What Motivates You?

Ans: I have always been motivated by the desire to meet a deadline. Setting
and reaching deadlines gives me such a sense of accomplishment. I love
creating an organized schedule for completing a task and achieving my goals on
time.

Ques3:- What is your greatest weakness?

Ans: Sometimes I run for completing my task in which I’m not able to learn the
desired knowledge of my output. Most of the time I fail to judge people sometime
which leads to a miserable condition.

Ans: Working for you would give me the opportunity to build upon my experience
and skills in , , and as part of what I know would be a really inspiring
and rewarding environment, based upon what I’ve heard about your company.

Ans: I’m a self-motivated person. My hard work and dedication can add up to the
company.

Ques6- what are your short term and Long term goals?
Ans: My long term goal is to become a responsible & knowledgeable personality
& in a good leading position in a company.

Ques7: What are your strengths?

Ans: I am passionate about my work and also a good listener, I take my

instructions seriously. I always finish the task allocated to me. Based on my
skills, abilities, and experience, I believe I would be a great addition to the team

Ques8:-What is your ideal company or workplace?

Ans: My ideal workplace or company is a fair one that values my

contributions even as a fresher and encourages me to speak up and share
my ideas. It is a place where I can be myself while working towards a greater
goal.

Ques9:- What is your greatest fear?

Ans: my greatest fear is my disappointment if I do not learn anything new at the
end of the day. Sometimes it also gives me the strain of the next day that how
should I work so that I can add up my knowledge.

Ques10: How do you work under pressure? Can you handle the pressure?
Ans: Working under pressure is what I have done a lot during my college days. I
have realized that I can actually work well under pressure. It is the pressure
factor that brings out maximum efficiency in me.

Ques11: What makes you happy?

Ans: Exercising energizes me and keeps me happy. I would say that working out
on a regular basis keeps me charged as it keeps my mind and body healthy. I am
not a work out freak but I follow a healthy way of living. Then success makes me
happy. I also feel happy after accomplishing my task or makes me happy to
achieve my goals. Holidaying with my family also makes me happy.

Ques12: How long do you think you will work for us after we hire you?
Ans: I am fresher and nothing can be better for me than starting my professional
career in a reputed company like yours. If everything goes well, I will be looking
forward to a long stint here, as long as the company needs me.

Ques13: Why should we hire you? or Why should I hire you?

Ans: Sir/Ma’am, I have all the requisite qualifications and skills. I can do the
work that the profile requires me to do. Besides, I have the capacity to deliver
exceptional results. I can blend into mixed cultures and will fit in beautifully,
which will make me a great addition to the team. Hiring me will be a great
value-add to your workforce as the organization will keep on gaining, with me
around.

Ques14: Do you have a good work ethic?

Ans: I am quite disciplined as a person, and I believe in doing my work in a
planned and organized manner. A well thought out plan and discipline in
execution is the foundation of high-quality work.

Ques15: Any Question for us?

Ans: What will the training and development programs for me be like? What is
your future plan of action once infections start to wane?

Ques16: What if we will not hire you?

Ans: I’ll feel bad and sad if I’ll not get selected because I have done a lot of
preparation to get selected in this interview but as all of our failure teach us a
lesson so it will be a great experience for me to go through all round which will
give me a broader spectrum of the interview. I would appreciate your feedback
regarding why I am not being hired so that I can improve upon the same.
