Opinion: How I made myself a better father in prison

Mr. Norwood became a better father by taking parenting classes in prison. He said, “It

helped gain a chance to gain a relationship with his daughters, even though I wasn’t with

them”[ CITATION Hin19 \l 1033 ]. The classes made him come to realize his problems in his own

parenting. Although he became a better father, he missed a lot of time with his children.

However, after his release, he proved to be a better parent by staying in his kids’ lives.
