On or about November 8, 2021, in Kalamazoo County, in the Southern Division

of the Western District of Michigan,

LAROY LOCKETT

by intimidation, attempted to take from the person or presence of an employee of PNC

Bank, money belonging to and in the care, custody, control, management, and possession

of PNC Bank, located at 113 E. Michigan Ave., in the City of Kalamazoo, the deposits of

which were then insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Bank Robbery

On or about November 8, 2021, in Kalamazoo County, in the Southern Division

of the Western District of Michigan,

LAROYLOCKETT

by intimidation took from the person or presence of an employee of JPMorgan Chase

Bank, N.A., approximately $3,949.90 that was in the care, custody, control, management,

and possession of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., located at 1 E. Michigan Ave., in the

City of Kalamazoo, the deposits of which were then insured by the Federal Deposit

Insurance Corporation.
