2. SUMARY
It corresponds to the summary of the paper. It is important not to copy and paste the article
abstract, but to write in your own words once you have read and understood the whole article, in
other words, what the research is about. The abstract should be no longer than 500 words and no
less than 35 words.
It is written in the third person singular.
For example, the research is about......... or the document presents the result of an investigation
that consisted of........

3. KEYWORDS
Important words that provide a glimpse of or predict the issues addressed by the research.

4. PROBLEM OF INVESTIGATION
Briefly describe the problem that allowed the development of the research that the authors solved.

5. OBJECTIVES
Write down the research objectives and indicate if they correspond coherently to the stated
problem.

6. METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH: METHODOLOGY USED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF


THE INVESTIGATION
It refers to the methodology used for the development of the research. It does not exceed ten
lines.

7. PRESENTATION OF RESULTS
Describe the most significant results obtained in the research.

8. CONCLUSIONS
Write down the conclusions the author of the investigation reached. At this point, the student
doesn't express an opinion, only copies the conclusions expressed by the author of the research.
9. ARTICLE REVIEWER'S COMMENTS (STUDENT)
Present the importance of field research in the development of new food products.

Identify the authors of other scientific articles that have used the reviewed paper as a source to
write a publication. Identified in: "cited"
