jelas uraian dan pembagian tugasnya. Faktor lainnya yang mendukung dalam proses perubahan ini
adalah dari sisi sarana dan prasarana, yaitu gedung dan tanah yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing
lembaga kemudaian digabungkan sehingga dapat digunakan secara bersama-sama. Hal ini secara tidak
langsung memperkuat operasionalisasi organisasi.
Sementara itu yang menjadi faktor penghambat itu adalah kebiasaan lama, mindset-nya, mental model-
nya. Disini adalah mental model karyawannya, sehingga kita selalu dari pengelola seperti direktur,
pudir, jurusan memberi pemahaman kepada dosen-dosen juga. Faktor penghambat lainnya yaitu adanya
keegoisan masing-masing pihak yang sangat tampak. Penghambat juga dapat terjadi apabila masih ada
keegoisan dari masing-masing institusi yang dulu.

Temuan Penelitian

According to the fundamental research problem, this research is focused


on achieving the objectives of testing the impact of job design on
employee performance and to determine the effectiveness of employee job
design and employee performance in people's banks in Ampara Regency.
Based on the identification of factors that influence job design in general,
five factors were selected as job design dimensions. These factors are
considered to
analyze the work design of employees at the People's Bank in Ampara
Regency. To describe the direction of the relationship between the
independent variable of job design and the dependent variable of
employee performance, a schematic diagram was developed. Variable
relationships were analyzed by testing one hypothesis using bivariate
analysis. Thus, there is a strong positive relationship between job design
and employee performance. In the data analysis, it was found that job
design was moderate and employee performance was moderate.
Therefore, the top management of each should pay higher attention to
redesign the work in the banks to improve the effectiveness of the work to
improve employee performance to a very high extent in the future.
