Dear Madam,
 
It is with deep regret that with this letter I tender my resignation as HR Officer of Sol Manpower
Services Inc. effective, December 17, 2021.
 
I've thoroughly enjoyed working in SOL, But my reasons for leaving are personal in nature and I
hope you understand. Even though it seems to be difficult on my part to make this kind of
decision considering my current situation, I’m firm that it has been with great honor and pleasure
to work with SOL and rest assured that this matter will not affect my competence and diligence
towards my work; hence, I am willing to assist my replacement.
 
Thank you for giving me an opportunity to work in SOL. I hope for its success in the years to
