To whom it may concern:
This is to certify that the Dalupaon Elementary School personnel have rendered their
actual service to the school from October 5, 2020 up to present.
This further certify that they are travelling going to or from Dalupaon through
motorboat and habal-habal every Southeast monsoon with difficult situation. During rainy
season, they also walk/hike hazardously to the muddy and mountainous trek and floody
spillway at barangay Macad.
This certification is issued for hardship allowance claims purposes.
