Sir:

This pertains to a theft incident that transpired in Barangay Abulug perpetrated by Honasan Santos on August 10, 2019,at 10:30 in the morning. The
report revealed that victim Carlo Ledesma reported to Cagayan CPS that he was victimized by a thief. Initial Investigation conducted by Cagayan
CPS disclosed that the suspect found the cellphone of the victim inside a tricycle, thereafter the suspect demanded money amounting to Php 1, 500.00
pesos from the victim in exchange for his cellphone.

Further investigation disclosed that at about 3:45 PM of the same date, Intel Operatives of Sorsogon CPS conducted entrapment operation at the
aforesaid place of incident that resulted in the arrest of the suspect when he was about to get the money at Allen Trading, Rizal Street, Cagayan City.
Recovered from the possession of the suspect was the lost cellphone of the victim. The suspect was duly informed of his constitutional rights in the
dialect known to him and was brought to Sorsogon CPS for proper disposition.

Other developments regarding the incident shall be submitted as soon as obtained.

Sir:

This pertains to a shooting incident that transpired in Barangay Buenavista perpetrated by an unidentified person on
January 7, 2016, at 7:45 in the evening. The report revealed that on the said time and date of incident while Julio Destajo
Dimatera Jr., 30 years old, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Barcelona Sorsogon City is driving his Yamaha STX
motorcycle travelling from Sitio Gogon, Brgy. Caricaran going to Brgy. San Pascual, Sorsogon City, upon reaching the
place of incident, an unidentified person in the dark portion of said place suddenly shot the victim using unknown caliber
of firearm hitting him on his right shoulder.

Furthermore, the victim was able to drove fast his motorcycle going to their residence where he seeks assistance and was
brought by his family to the said hospital for immediate medical attention. Elements of PCP 4, Sorsogon CPS and the
Investigator on Case conducted follow up investigation at the place of incident.

Sorsogon CPS is conducting in depth investigation for the possible identification and apprehension of the suspect.

Other developments regarding the incident shall be submitted as soon as obtained.
