A school is an institution designed for the attitude modification and teaching

of students under the direction of teachers. It is a place or institution for teaching
and learning established for the purpose of education (Musgrave, 1978. A school
system is an establishment including the plant and equipment for providing
education from kindergarten through high school (NOUN, 2008). The primary goal
of any school system is to provide the society with the requisite manpower for
development and to enhance quality of the living conditions of their products. In
order to achieve the goal of any school, involvement of the community as
stakeholders is very important. They are part of the education resources.

Education resources refer to all human, material, non-material audio-visual

school environment and community materials available in an academic
environment to facilitate school administration and simplify the teaching learning
process. They also include other fundamental materials used in the school to
make teaching very easy and learning more meaningful and comprehensible to
the learners. Education resources are no doubt important in the development of a
conducive teaching-learning environment. The use of these resources could give
more valuable and powerful direction to the teacher than any personal efforts
without the materials. Because of that matter, the school community, developed
resource management system progress through the help of the community and
stakeholders. With this kind of partnership, the school will continue to improve to
cater the needs of the students. Stakeholders will continually help the school in
every Endeavor/program the school shall undertake promoting and supporting
those activities for the betterment of the school.

In this year our school, through the help of our community and stakeholders
achieve a lot that focuses on different aspects like the beautification, safety and
awareness not only by the learners but also for the parents. Our school head,
teachers through the help of the supportive LGU, PTA and parents continue to
develop our school and provide learners needs.
