In what direction would you like to develop your career over the next 3-5

years? How do you think this role with Godrej will help you do that? (Not
more than 150 words)

Digital transformation is next-generation towards industrialization, I want to

build my career as a leader in industrial digitalization and industry 4.0 to take
this to Industry 5.0, where we can make a decision based on a mathematical
model of each activity around us that will help us to predict & visualize the
future as accurately as possible.
This role & responsibility will prove to be the platform in which I can
explore my capability to achieve desired company goals and develop my career
as well.

What do you consider to be your most significant professional

achievements in the recent past, and why? (Not more than 150 words)

My recent professional achievement is to develop blue star as the first industry

4.0 company in the industry.
There is some problem in all industry which
cannot be solved only by year of experience, even we thought that the problem
was solved in blue star, but actually, that was the correction. The same thing
happened with the blue star when studied the case. The OEE was 98% the
Utilization was 87 % and they also had all supporting data & no one can change
that data, Then we have taken one POC project to kick start the IIoT project to
get understated the actual scenario and prove that the data which taken is not
accurate. The OEE was 60 % and Utilization was only 50%.

Describe a failure which has had a significant impact on you? How did you
deal with it? (Not more than 150 words)
When I was leading new product development for room air conditioner, I had
received a drawing set for mould development that cost around 1 Cr, after a
month I got the same drawings with rev B via mail & I forget to read that mail,
When the mould & part is got ready and sent that part for final Try-out, then I
got to know from a design team that this part is manufactured on an old design
& realised my mistake to not read the mail & that was not internally. However,
at the same time, a thought come to my mind that why mail for drawing sharing,
because we have 1000s of emails in days &
Forgot to read a design change mail-
I decide to make a workflow for any change before production ramp-up did and
I have to design the solution for the ECN change before the pilot lot and deploy
in the PLM. However, at the same time I have to convince the supplier to
rework the mould with not affecting the overall budget & that was a difficult
task and before that, I also have to accept my failure as a project leader.
However, the problem will resolve with no extra cost but a small delay in the
project. So I have learned that sometimes system design its self has a problem
and the system integration and connected system idea came into my mind and
we have designed the compile end to end PLM-PDM system from Design to
PLM to SAP to Production.
