Biceps tendinitis :
Is a disease attached to biceps muscle
An inflammation or irritation of the upper biceps tendon. Also called the
long head of the biceps tendon, this strong, cord-like structure connects
the biceps muscle to the bone in the shoulder socket the Pain in the front
of the shoulder and weakness are common symptoms of biceps
tendinitis.
Exercises to Relieve the Pain of Biceps Tendonitis :
• Dumbbell Curls. Hold your dumbbells (5 to 8 pounds) like you are
holding a hammer with your palms facing each other.
• Dumbbells Shoulder Flexion. Begin with your arms at your side.
• Flexion and Extension.
• Biceps Stretch.
• Single Shoulder Flexion.
