ATTITUDE AND CULTURE SURVEY

What Gaps are preventing Optimal Performance in your Organisation?

Without systematically measuring the effectiveness of the organisation it is difficult to know where efforts for improvement should be focussed.
Without adopting a systematic approach, many organisations are focussing attention on the wrong issues whilst being unaware of the gaps that could
be addressed to achieve significant improvements. These gaps can silently threaten the organisation’s effectiveness, if not its survival.

The LMI Attitude and Culture Survey provides accurate information on the functional, attitudinal and cultural issues that reduce the effectiveness of
the organisation. The survey is easily accessed via the internet. Employees will find the on line survey user friendly and easy to complete in
approximately 20 minutes. Confidentiality ensures open and honest feedback on the employees’ opinions and views.

The results can be astounding. The Survey provides a summary of organisational issues that received either positive or negative feedback in employee
responses, along with a commentary providing an interpretation of the findings. The Survey report provides graphical and narrative feedback on each
category and the individual statements.

Your LMI representative will customise the report to your specific requirements (including categories such as division, location or site, term of
employment, gender, age, position etc). Additional analysis can be provided, such as comparing how employees’ views of mentoring and coaching
vary by division and length of service. This survey gives the organisation the opportunity to develop targeted strategies to improve effectiveness and
periodically review the progress achieved by these strategies. Commentary on the survey findings includes recommendations on strategy options to
consider.
