Associate – Organizational Development

When you join the RRD HR team, you will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic and outcome oriented team. You will
play a key role in all the OD processes’ executions such as Competency Mapping, Talent Classification, Talent
Management, Change Management and other Organizational Development interventions. All these processes
aid the organization in managing, retaining and developing the right people and thereby drive continued
business growth.

What will YOU do?

As an OD Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the success of all OD initiatives. Working in partnership with the
Talent Engagement team and Operations teams, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution
of various talent processes that help RRD to identify and retain high potential talent. You will have the
opportunity to see how your inputs directly translate into both people and business growth. Some of your daily
work activities will be as below:

● Aid in rolling out the various OD tools used and propagating their usage
● Collect, analyze and report on data from employee satisfaction surveys and other operational performance
indicators
● Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in current Organizational Development processes.
● Utilize your knowledge of the various OD models and tools to diagnose potential organizational problem areas
and recommend proactive solutions

TECHNICAL SKILLS
An intermediate level of the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Power Point and Excel). A willingness to

Associate – Talent Engagement

within the organization, building and maintaining effective relationships with internal clients, innovating and

What will YOU do?

As a TE Associate, you will provide support in areas of employee engagement and retention, employee
communication, policy implementation. performance management and OD, training and development and
organizational development. Specifically, you will

FOCUS ON ENGAGEMENT
● Roll out various programs targeting employee retention / engagement etc.
● Plan and conduct monthly welfare events for teams

FOCUS ON ATTRITION
● Identify employees who are at risk and ensure recommendations are made to manage attrition
● Conduct exit interviews and report findings
● Proactively monitor attrition and drive retention

FOCUS ON DIVISION LEVEL COMMUNICATION


● Manage division level communication
● Manage the dispute resolution process within the division
● Conduct open houses and skip level meetings with the Managers / employees to understand the issues/concerns
● Conduct shift meetings on a monthly basis to ensure HR issues are addressed
● Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of all employee communication
● Close all issues in a timely manner
● Organise forums, working groups, training sessions and other information-sharing activities

FOCUS ON DRIVING POLICIES


● Drive HR policies and special initiatives for the division
● Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and practices
● Provide change suggestions and feedback to the policies as required
● Provide primary support for all HR related queries regarding policies, programs, processes, etc.

FOCUS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE


● Implement the Performance Management Process within the division
● Ensure all employees have their goals set within the stipulated timelines
● Manage the Performance Improvement process for employees
● Ensure regular feedback, completion of appraisals within stipulated timelines

FOCUS ON EMPLOYEE AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT


● Support implementation / execution of organization- wide OD / change management interventions and projects
● Partner with L&D to ensure personal development plans are in place to provide necessary inputs and training
