A. Introduction
The Department of Education has always been emphasizing the need to
develop the qualities of the teachers especially in their teaching performance
in order to respond to the needs of the K to 12 learners. Their teaching skill
should be congruent to the kinds of the learners inside the classroom to
ensure the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process.

Teachers, being the front liners, must be equipped with the necessary tool
to manage and execute a meaningful learning process of our students.
Continues professional development keeps the teachers up to date on new
research and how children learn, emerging technology tools for the classroom
and new curriculum learners.

One of the many ways in promoting the teaching performance of the

teachers is through the conduct of In-Service Training (INSET) which serves
as an avenue to help sharpen the teachers’ teaching ability. Hence, this
INSET is just but relevant and worthwhile for better performance of both the
teachers and the students. INSET has been considered crucial to the
maintenance and sustaining the capacity of the teachers to continue to
provide quality teaching and learning in the classroom. It helps teachers in
improving their methods, classroom management, professional growth and
development, knowledge and skills enhancement that leads to the uplift of
student-centered learning.

The purpose of the training is to initiate a process of improvement in

school and its personnel, in particularly training on mental support, School
Intervention for Learning Modality, conducts workshop Action Research,
Exploring Assessment Strategies through google forms. And Year End
