HOW TO MAGICALLY USE YOUR E-TICKET

1. Please secure and keep this E-ticket with you at all times as this is required for Entry, Exit and Re-entry to Enchanted Kingdom.
2. When arriving at the park, whether alone or with a group, each guest must have their own individual E-ticket printed or available on their cellular mobile devices for
presentation upon entry. Please be ready to present a valid photo identification card with your birthdate when requested.
3. A GUEST HEALTH CHECK FORM IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PARK. Please accomplish our Digital Health Check by searching for "EK Guest Health
Check" on Facebook Messenger or click on this link <https://m.me/ekguesthealthcheck> on or one day before your scheduled visit. Accurately on or one day before your scheduled
visit as this will be required prior to entry in compliance with the regulations and guidelines of the IATF-ID on safety and health protocols regarding contact tracing. One health check
form per group is allowed.
4. If you are cleared to proceed after temperature scanning, please present the filled-up Digital Health Check Form (on your cellular mobile device) to the Park Attendant at the Front
Gate and proceed to the Special Lanes dedicated for Online Ticket Holders.
5. Please scan your own individual E-ticket at the Entry Turnstiles to enter the park and to enjoy your magical day at EK.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS FROM ELDAR THE WIZARD

· Please arrive on the date indicated in the Date of Admission within the validity of the ticket. This ticket is only valid for use on the printed Date of Admission. If
for any reason you are not able to make it on your scheduled date of visit, you can rebook your visit within the indicated validity period online or by contacting us directly.
· IATF age restrictions in effect on the date of planned visit shall apply. An acceptable valid ID with birthdate may be required for additional verification and
confirmation. Ticket types will be based on the following classifications: Junior Day Pass (children with height between 36" to below 48"), Regular Day Pass (48" and above) and
Senior Day Pass (60 years old and above). For Junior Day pass ticket holders, height verification will be conducted for final ticket issuance/ticket upgrade.
· Guests are encouraged to observe and follow the Park’s enhanced health and safety protocols that include wearing of face masks, frequent handwashing and
sanitization, maintaining physical distancing and using cashless/contactless transaction options as much as possible. Other than cash, the park also accepts debit/credit card payments
and GCash.
· Promotional Tickets. A park admission ticket purchased through any valid promotional offer may require the presentation of additional documentary requirements as specified by
the terms and conditions of the promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this E-Ticket, the guest agrees to abide by Enchanted Kingdom’s Park Policies and Procedures and the Terms and Conditions of this E -ticket purchase.

· This is valid for one (1) guest only on the printed date of admission and only within the specified validity period. This is non-transferable. Illegal
selling and tampering of this E-ticket is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. This (document) and a valid hand stamp are required for re-entry
to Enchanted Kingdom within the same date of admission.
· This does not include access to selected Gated Attractions that require separate payments.
· The use of this for promotional purposes without the express written consent of Enchanted Kingdom is strictly prohibited.
· Enchanted Kingdom management reserves the right to refuse entry of a guest for security, safety and health reasons. EK may also refuse entry
should the admission ticket presented be expired, voided, altered or illegally purchased.
· The Park Operating Hours are subject to change without prior notice. Admissions to the attractions are subject to the individual attraction’s rules
and regulations, which are available on https://www.enchantedkingdom.ph/rides-and-attractions/ or by inquiring from the Magical Guest Relations
Office for more information. For safety reasons, some rides and attractions may not be operational during your visit.
· Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by Enchanted Kingdom, Inc. (EKI). EKI reserves the right to
invalidate/not honor tickets/vouchers used in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorized resale transaction without need for a refund or other
compensation. Tickets/Vouchers entitle the bearer(s) to a one (1) time use only. If it is determined by EKI that there are multiple copies/usages of
an identical ticket/voucher, the further use of the ticket/voucher will be denied. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on
our electronic records available for review.
