HPT604 pressure sensor installation and configuration procedure

HPT604 pressure sensor

Aio Buy 3 heights of fuel sensor HOLYKELL RS485
1. Aio PN: 3FPSRS48500 0.5M use for tank height less than 0.6M
2. Aio PN: 3FPSRS48501 1M use for tank height max 1.51M or above 0.4M
3. Aio PN: 3FPSRS4851.3 2.2M use for tank height max 3.2M or above 1.51M

NOTE: In case you want to use a different sensor for height advice from the Manager or Aio engineering.
The sensor contains Stainless Steel Filter to enable cleaning from sludge. The sensor is installed vertically on
the bottom of the tank. The active part of the sensor is located 1.0cm above the bottom of the tank.

Required tools for on-site calibration of the sensor

1. PC
2. RS232 to RS485 Converter
3. Fuel ~ 20 liter
4. 20L Gallon for DROP/ADD.
5. Zip tie polypropylene Aio PN: 3ZIPTIE
6. Threaded steel rod for fuel sensor support
7. Fuel sensor RS485 Aio PN: 3FPSRS485XXX
8. Cover assembly Med Box for assembly card 10X10 Aio PN:3PBW010
Installation instruction :

Fuel Sensor Cable

Threded Steel Rod

Zip Tie on Sensor only For

isolated the sensor from
the Steel Rod.

Software installation & configuration process

1. Connect the sensor to 24Vdc power supply And Connect RS232 to the RS485 PC adapter
24Vdc

Black wire Grounding

Sensor Air Outlet

2. On GUI ---> Files-->External Apps --> Holykell

3. Holykell Tab will open

4. Choose COM Port and Press on Connect

5. Press on Scan to find the Port of the fuel sensor

6. Verify stable readings. At Fuel Level[mm] & A/D

7. Verify fuel sensor outside before installing it on the Tank, Sensor should be vertical with a support rod
8. No need to set the Minimum and Maximum on GUI
9. In case we use One sensor Type RS485 in site Mark Set New Fuel Sensor Address 42 and press on Set
10. In case we use two sensors Type RS485 in the site then for the second sensor Address 43
and press on Set.
11. No need to set Fuel Sensor Minimum to offset CMS. Site --- > Wizard ---> Properties
Measuring the fuel level in GUI.
1. In the Aio GUI software, System/Environment Tab, press on open.

2. In the Aio GUI software, #FUEL sensor, Press OPEN new window will open Fuel.
3. For Fuel Tank 1 need to select Fuel sensor Type: 1 = RS485_HLKL_PRSR, Tank Height: 1000, Fuel
Alarms Low 300 and high 1000, SCI Serial Number: 42.
The procedure of Checking Stick Height and comparison with GUI value.
1. In GUI Fuel sensor value must be equal to the actual fuel height measured by a stick.
2. The proper measurement of fuel height by stick must be done by a technician.
3. NOC needs to collect exact Tank Dimension Height, Length, Width, Diameter, and Thickness.
4. Check the Level of the Tank and If it did not Level take the picture to send to NOC for documentation.
5. Check If you have any dent on the tank If yes take the picture to send to NOC for documentation.
6. In case if there is more than a 1 cm difference then we recommend using CMS offset to make GUI reading
and Actual reading equal.
 HStick = HGui (This is a Normal scenario)
 HStick = HGui + X (In case any deviation)
X = Offset in CMS difference between Stick height and GUI readings.

7. Connection of Grounding of the Fuel Sensor, for Added protection.

• In order to protect fuel sensor from surge, It need to

connect by Grounding.
• Connections to ground limit the build-up of static
electricity when handling electrostatic-sensitive
devices.
• This sensor have a Black cable for the grounding, Need
to connect this cable with Fuel tank grounding.
• All the Fuel Tank of Globe must have grounding
available.
8. Prcedure to connect the Fuel sensor grounding :

From the Junction Point, we connect four wire coming from controller, we will connect black cable and layout
an additional conduit going to fuel tank grounding.
In case if there is no grounding need to escalate it to Globe to connect grounding for Fuel Tank.
