1) Why is that you are looking to Start OFN India as a project under another NGO, was given to

understand Basal Initiatives was a NGO from your earlier communication

2) Why not a NGO in the name of Open Food Network India, is it the cost or the time to get one
registered ?
3) Is your concern of unknown member joining the functioning of OFN mitigated with your
proposal ?
4) Regarding the Tech side how is NP2 TECHNOLOGIES going to help us, If my understanding is
right they bear the expenses of hosting and customisation ?
5) If I can suggest that we go ahead a form an NGO with the members currently in the India
Group or basically who ever is interested, are you open to be a part of the same ?
6) In case we go ahead with Point 5) will NP2 Technologies be interested in supporting the new
NGO ?
7) Can we have the current stake holders of www.kalpavriksh.info, Basil Initiatives and NP2
Technologies also in the discussion here , so we get to interact with them directly ?
8) Can we have the Details of all the three entities / organisation like their directors etc. as
well ? Ideally would like to have legal documents substantiating the same.
9) Regarding the legalities of having OFN as a project under another NGO is some thing which I
have not checked but that’s work in progress will get back on that in separate note.

Ideally would like to Have this answered against each point.
