Why do we need Set Secret Questions?

Ans. 1.To set INDIA domain password

2.If your Ultimatix account gets locked then you can unlock it of your own by answering these.

A. Why do we need India domain password?

Ans. 1. This password will be used as a password for accessing mails through Exchange_Mail and
O365_Mail on https://myapp.tcs.com (link to access mails outside TCS network).

2. The associates who will be undergoing 15 days training (XP Batches) will be provided VDI access and
to login into VDI the INDIA domain password will be needed.

B. What is the default password for INDIA domain?

Ans. ChangePwd@DOB in DDMMYYYY

C. Where I can find the authcode?

Ans. In Untimatic Authenticator App

D. What is the path for Domain account?

Ans. Ultimatix->Profile icon->Password Management->Domain Account->Change Password/Unlock

E. My lockout status shows "Not Locked", do I still have to set new password?

Ans. Yes, you still have to set new password

F. After submitting my screen turned blue, what should I do?

Ans. If “password has been changed successfully” message did not show on top then you have to
resubmit it.
