Table 3 presents the frequency and percentage of the respondents in terms of age.

Majority of the respondents were aged 21-23 years old with a frequency of nine (9) and

percentage of 45%, another frequency of nine (9) and percentage of 45% were aged 24-26,

while 31-33 years old were two (2) or the percentage is 10%.

Table 6 above shows the position of the respondents in the company. Majority of 15%

respondents were Accounting Assistant, 10% were Senior Finance, Accounting Associate,

Auditor Associate, and Accounting Staff, and 5% were Professor, Senior Consultant, Finance

Specialist, Accounting Head, Managing Partner, Tax Associate, Bookkeeper, Business Analyst,

and Billing Clerk

Analysis of Work Performances of an Accountant in Terms of Work From Office
 Table 8 below illustrates the following work performances of accountants on

Productivity (Effects on the efficiency of work), Quality of Work (Effects on the accuracy,

completeness, and correctness of the work), Communication (Effects on exchanging

information to the clients and/or co-workers), Throughput (Effects on the amount of task

completed on work), Teamwork (Effects on the cooperation of co-workers, Work ethics (Effects

on the importance of doing work), Creativity (Effects on the new ideas of the accountants),

Satisfaction (Effects on the fulfillment of the accountants and clients) generated Positively

Affected responses from respondents with weighted means of (3.05), (2.95), (2.9), (2.9), (2.85),

(2.85), (2.85), (2.85), respectively. However, work performances such as Expenses (Effects on

the cost) and Time (Overtime work that affects personal life) generated Negatively Affected

responses from respondents with weighted means of (2.45), (2.35), respectively.

           As a whole, the work performances of an accountant in terms of work from the office

generated Positively Affected responses from respondents with overall weighted means of

(2.8).
