Unipeat g7 q1 w5 Tle-Drafting Tle-Cookery Tle-Dressmaking Mathematics Mapeh
Overview:
This Unified Integrative Performance Assessment Tool (UNIPEAT) is a collaborative
effort of TLE-Drafting, TLE-Cookery, TLE-Dressmaking, Mathematics and MAPEH(PE)
teachers, and thus a combination of activities from all subjects. Each activity was
crafted in such a way so as to demonstrate your knowledge on mensuration, conversion
and computation as you perform each task.
In all subjects, the learners will convert the English and Metric system using different
measuring tools, and they will perform an actual mensuration.
Assessment Method/Methods (Put an X Mark on the blank where appropriate)
Assessment Activity:

Product, Mensuration
Performance and Conversion
Purpose
Problem Solving: Using the conversion table below, help Jay, Mari, Lyn, Benedict,
and Dominic with their dilemma. Record your solution and answer on separate sheet of
paper
2.54 Centimeter (cm.) = 1 Inch
1 meter = 1.09 Yard
1 meter = 39.37 Inches
1 Kilogram (kg) = 2.2 Pounds (lbs.)
1. Jay is drawing 4cm. square for his drafting activity, but his ruler only has inch
graduations. Help him convert 4cm to inches. (TLE-DRAFTING)
2. Mari is planning to cook a pasta recipe for the school’s sports festival, but the
recipe uses pounds while the packaging of ingredients is in kilograms. Help her
convert 2kg. into lbs. (TLE-COOKERY)
3. Lyn needs 4 meters of silk cloth to sew her gown for the prom, but the materials
are sold per yard. Help her convert 4 meters into a yard. (TLE-DRESSMAKING)
4. Benedict and Dominic are competing for their school’s Standing Long Jump
Event virtually. Benedict recorded a 1.5meters. Dominic recorded 60 inches.
Who do you think jumps the farthest? (MAPEH)
Measuring Activity:
