 Introduction.
As a crucial part of our RAWE Programme 2020-21, we the students
of S.V.G.I.College of Agriculture,Jalgaon Jamod had been placed to
Hifield AG Chem India Pvt.Ltd, Aurangabad for Agro Industrial
Attachment. This was a nice opportunity to all the students in order to
get industrial exposure specially in the field of agriculture.
This programme was generally set up in three phases i.e. demonstrations
on farmer’s field, farmer meets( selling products to farmers) and agro
dealers meet.Under this AIA Programme, we received variety of
material mainly Humi pro 50 granules, Chamtkar 5 star, Humic
Eco,Retain Bullet, Humic SC Gel,etc.
During this attachment, we took several demonstration of
various products( PGR, Fertilizers,Humic containing products) on
farmers field. Alongwith this met to many farmers and studied their
psychology behind purchasing and using agro-products in their field.
Also while meeting with agro dealers , understood the marketing
scenario and got satisfied with reputed status of HiField AG among
dealer community.

its role in providing livelihood.
