This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 92 “Fire safety” in collaboration with
Technical Committee CEN/TC 127 “Fire safety in buildings” (Secretariat: BSI, United Kingdom).

The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Bauwesen (Building and
Civil Engineering Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 005-52-01 AA Brandverhalten von Bau-
stoffen und Bauteilen — Baustoffe.

Amendments

This standard differs from DIN EN ISO 1182:2002-07 as follows:

a) the standard has been editorially revised for enhanced reproducibility of the test results.

This European Standard was approved by CEN on 19 April 2010.
