BUSINESS Kent RO Systems Ltd is one of the leading RO Water Purifiers
PROFILE: manufacturers in India. Currently having 1000 service franchises in
India.
BUSINESS/IT The client was using 350 SFDC users for management of “Product
CHALLENGE: Installation” and “Complaints”. There was no Integration of SFDC
with other systems like CTI, ERP etc. and further the client was
finding it difficult to change/configure SFDC. Hence it became too
