Role-play the dialog with your teacher twice, and learn the highlighted expressions by heart.

Linda: Hey Jim, how’s your plan for that online wine shop going?
Jim: Oh, I’ve abandoned that idea. The government’s new regulations have made it too difficult to sell wine
online. I’m thinking about opening a café downtown.
Linda: But there are already so many cafés downtown.
Jim: Yeah, but mine will be different. It’s going to be a cat-themed café. People will be able to pet all kinds of
lovely cats while enjoying their food. It will be one of a kind.
Linda: That sounds interesting. Do you have enough money for rent and start-up costs?

TI: Take turns to play both characters. Emphasize and repeat the highlighted expressions.
