chat in facebook messenger dated ______________ starting at 8:04 AM between the
username __________ and the username _____________ and the print out is marked
as Exhibit E to E-10 and consists of 11 pages for the prosecution in CRIM. CASE NO.
XXX;

3. That the username ______ in Facebook is my facebook account and that I

was the one who personally sent the messages on the print out coming from _______
which are contained in the documents marked as Exhibit E to E-10;

4. That I personally know that the username ________________ to whom I was

exchanging messages with in the facebook messenger chat printout marked as Exhibit E
to E-10 is the same person as the accused in CRIM. CASE NO. XXXX pending
before Branch ___, RTC, ______ City;

5. That the print out of the facebook messages in facebook messenger chat
marked as Exhibit E to Exhibit E-10 were all printed from the webpage
https://web.facebook.com/messages/t/_____________;

6. I certify that the print outs marked as Exhibit E to E-10 has not been edited,
enhanced, amended, magnified or anyway retouched, altered or changed in any way;

7. I certify that the laptop used to view the facebook messages and the printer
used to print the facebook messages print out were functioning correctly and that the
date and time shown on the print out marked as Exhibit E to E-10 are true and correct;

8. I certify that no reason exists to doubt or suspect the truth or reliability of any
information recorded or contained in the print out marked as Exhibit E to E-10.

9. The I am familiar with using a laptop and a printer;;
