Long acting -Penadur (or retarpen) vial 1.200000 i.u -Prophylaxis and treatment of Rheumatic
penicillin 1 vial I.M. od q 21 days till age of 18 years fever
(ASOT > 200)
Macrolides: -Erythrocin (250. 500 mg) tabs -same indications as penicillin
Erythromycin 1 tab tid q 8 h for 10 days -used as Penicillin alternative for patients
who are sensitive to penicillin.
Clindamycin Dalacin – C 300 mg tab -strong antibacterial activity on gram +ve
1 tab qds q 6 h for 14 days organism and such as most penicillin
resistant, and penicillinase producing
staphylococci and some anaerobic germs

Amoxil cap 500 mg
