CHRISTIAN LIVING

EDUCATION 9
JHS9 - LUKE
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name; thy
kingdom come, thy will be done on
earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass
against us; and lead us not into
temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

AMEN
MY CHOICES IN
LIFE

“In any moment of decision, the best
thing you can do is the right thing.
The worst thing you can do is
nothing.”
- Theodore Roosevelt

11 The LORD said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the
presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by.”
Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and
shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in
the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but
the LORD was not in the earthquake. 12 After the earthquake
came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire
came a gentle whisper. 13 When Elijah heard it, he pulled his
cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the
cave.
Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”
John 13:33–35

Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye

shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I
go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you. 34 A new
commandment I give unto you, That ye love one
another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one
another. 35 By this shall all men know that ye are my
disciples, if ye have love one to another.
SEEKING GOD’S GUIDANCE
1. God’s objective is revealed to the people in the moral
teachings of the bible – so read your bible.
2. Believe that God has the answer to all of your questions.
3. God is good to give us the freedom to choose things in life.
Free will and HIS ways.
4. You are responsible to discern or know God’s guidance.
5. God is very active in leading or guiding you BE ACTIVE TOO.
We all agree that in order to have a successful life, we need to
choose eternal values – they are God’s will for us. Therefore, in
order to live that way, we need the guidance of GOD. His
guidance has something to do with His influence; Knowing
God’s will can give you peace in the midst of suffering and
everyday trials. When you are in constant fellowship with God,
and one with Christ.

HE WILL LEAD YOU IN THE FULFILLMENT OF HIS PLAN.
