With respect to above;
Warm greetings Mr. Kimbu and hope you are doing well. We acknowledge your numerous funding
supports to UPNG Kagua Erave students and with your powerful speeches that always encourage and
inspire us to excel in our careers.
Mr.Kimbu, we would like to inform you that the University of Papua New Guinea has just announced
its 65th graduation for 2020. The graduation is coming up on 10-13 TH November 2020 and we the
Kagua/Erave Students are the happy graduands in this event in various schools.
We the Kagua Erave students successfully completed our studies in the University of Papua New
Guinea. We are ready to graduate with flying colours.
However, please note that apart from other graduation cost we met we could not afford the cost of
Graduation Fee & Gown.
Thus, we kindly request for your assistance to offset the fees by relieving our parents/guardians
financial burden.

Mr.Kimbu please take note that Graduation fee is K600 & Gown fee is K385. As per the quotation for
individual students the total fee that would be required to be paid is K1000.00 for each graduand. The
total payable fee for all graduands stand at K10, 000.00. Thus, we the graduands kindly seeking for
the mentioned amount of funds to be paid to the university prior to our graduation.
Your assistance to relieve us the graduands would be greatly appreciated.
