been distributed. The proportion of distribution is 40:40:20 for grade 8, 9, and 10 respectively.
The syllabus is further distributed in semester, weeks, and days. The SUBJECT TEACHERs
are requested to follow the same for preparing the weekly plan.

SUBJECT EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROCESSES


1. Strategies for Obtaining Student Feedback on
Effectiveness of Teaching
 The use of SUBJECT Evaluation survey being conducted every semester. The results of
marks during quizzes and also the use of question-and-answer technique as a review
every meeting.
2. Other Strategies for Evaluation of Teaching by the Subject Teacher or by the
Department
 Classroom evaluation and observation by the Head of the department or supervisor of
academic affairs of the department.

3. Processes for Improvement of Teaching


Attendance and participation in the seminar-workshop on teaching strategies, evaluation and
classroom management.

4. Processes for Verifying Standards of Student Achievement (e.g. check marking by an

remarking of tests or a sample of assignments with co-staff)
 Checking by the SUBJECT assistant and final verification and approval by the subject
coordinator and principal/academic director before encoding the marks to the student
progress report.
