• Drive test data, and call path trace analysis in order to troubleshoot drop calls, call failures,
Handover failures, TCH/SDCCH congestion, bad quality, poor coverage, hardware faults,
Timing advance, power increase/decrease, antenna tilt/orientation, add/remove neighbors,
Co/ad-channel interference and frequency retune.
