1. Executive Summary

The project clocking 96600 man hours in the 2018 taking the total man hours worked on the project to
129,600.
During the year, the major concerns on the project were steel erection, fire risk, welding and lifting.
In view of summer season, briefing on heat related illnesses was carried out to inform the details on the
causes, precautions and first aid treatment in case of dehydration caused by heat.
Scheduled joint monthly patrols with representatives from YPT management and ISC representatives
were carried out and safety non-compliances raised were closed out accordingly.
