Sir,
It has been decided by Delhi Government to provide opportunity of internship

by Delhi
to fifty college students in Operation and Management of Shelter Homes run

Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB), Government of NCT of Delhi. DUSIB

is running more than two hundred shelter homes on permanent basis throughout the

fire retardant Pagoda Tents being installed all over thie

year. Further, water proofs, are

ST7 capital city to provide shelter to all homeless persons during every winter season.
These tents are being installed near the density of homeless persons temporarily for
21217 three to four months as per requirement. These are being installed as per feedback
from authorities, media, NGO's repots, and public information. All the departments
concermed have already been directed to cooperate to save the lives of homeless
persons, deprived from any shelter. All homeless persons staying in shelter homes are
being provided facilities such as water, clectricity, bed, mattress, blanket, toilet etc. in
all shelter homes. Lunch and Dinner are being provided to all homeless persons. All
above facilities are being provided free of cost and Delhi Government bears all

expenditure.

Hon'ble Mini_ter, UD has approved to give opportunity of internship to fifty

college students in this field i.e. operation and management of shelter homes for a
duration of four month only. Honorarium of Rs 5000.00 (Five thousand) per month
will be give to each student. Students have to arrange their own conveyance and have
 tota r allexpenses during this internship. They have to
explore new ideas to provide
hetter physical and psychological
environment, better level of satisfaction to make
homeless better, dynamic and beneficial citizens of the
